1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the European University, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid to the European University for services, including but not limited to tuition, registration, and course materials, are non-refundable. You acknowledge that the services provided are intangible and do not constitute physical goods. As such, you agree that all payments made are final and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Student Responsibilities
Upon registration, you agree to:
- Comply with all university policies, rules, and regulations.
- Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
The European University, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Your enrollment in or use of the university’s programs and services.
- Any errors or omissions in the content provided.
- The acceptance or rejection of your certificate by any third party.
You acknowledge that the university does not guarantee job placement or professional success upon completion of its programs and that individual results may vary.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through the university’s programs, including but not limited to course content, software, and branding, are the intellectual property of the European University. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit these materials without express written permission from the university.
6. Amendments to Terms
The European University reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the university’s website. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the university operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the European University, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the university’s services.
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Force Majeure
The European University shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure results from any cause beyond the university’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the European University regarding your enrollment and use of services, superseding any prior agreements between you and the university.
